Comparison review
Google Pixel 4a 5G has a global score of 87.5, which is slightly better than the Huawei P20 Pro's 81.4 score. The Google Pixel 4a 5G is a much newer and just a little bit lighter phone than Huawei P20 Pro, but it's just a bit thicker. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Pixel 4a 5G has a newer 11 version while Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10 version.
Huawei P20 Pro's processor is just as good as the processor in Google Pixel 4a 5G, both have 8 cpu cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. The Google Pixel 4a 5G has a bit sharper display than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a little bigger display, a little bit better pixels density and a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 resolution.
The Huawei P20 Pro shoots much better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture and lower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same video resolution, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a lot better 40 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a lot larger camera sensor providing a way better image quality.
The Huawei P20 Pro and Google Pixel 4a 5G count with quite similar storage capacity for games and applications, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage. Huawei P20 Pro features just a little better battery life than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3885mAh.
Google Pixel 4a 5G is a lot more expensive than Huawei P20 Pro, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
