Comparison review
Google Pixel 4a 5G is better than the OnePlus 8 UW, getting a general score of 87.5 against 75.9. The Google Pixel 4a 5G design is a bit thicker but just a little lighter than the OnePlus 8 UW, and both were released with only a couple months difference. These phones include Android OS, but the Google Pixel 4a 5G has a newer 11 version and OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10 version, so it provides you a couple additional features.
The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a bit faster CPU than Google Pixel 4a 5G, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The OnePlus 8 UW features a little more vivid display than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has a little bit inferior count of pixels per display inch, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a little larger display.
The OnePlus 8 UW and Google Pixel 4a 5G count with incredibly similar storage for games and applications, both of them have exactly the same internal memory capacity. OnePlus 8 UW has just a little better battery life than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because it has an 11 percent more battery capacity. OnePlus 8 UW counts with a much better camera than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OnePlus 8 UW also counts with a way more MP back camera and a much larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a much better photo and video quality.
Even being the best phone in our comparison, Google Pixel 4a 5G is also very cheap compared to the other devices.
