The Google Pixel 4a 5G has an overall score of 87.5, which is much better than the Galaxy S7's 79.5 score. Google Pixel 4a 5G's body is newer, but a bit heavier and just a bit thicker than Galaxy S7. The Galaxy S7 features a more vivid display than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Google Pixel 4a 5G features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Google Pixel 4a 5G counts with more memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
The Google Pixel 4a 5G counts with improved battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has 3885mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. The Google Pixel 4a 5G counts with a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller sensor which gives a lower photo and video quality, and they both have a F1.7 diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Google Pixel 4a 5G also counts with a back facing camera with a higher 12.2 mega-pixels resolution and better video frame rates.
