Google Pixel 4a 5G has a score of 87.5, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10's overall score of 78.3. Both of these phones come with the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding OS features. The Google Pixel 4a 5G design is just a little thinner and just a little lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, even though both of them were released with only a couple of months difference.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has a just a bit lower pixels density, it also counts with a bit bigger display and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with a greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB.

Although Google Pixel 4a 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Google Pixel 4a 5G, else you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, letting go some specs and features.
