The Google Pixel 4a 5G has an overall score of 87.5, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S's 78.2 general score. These devices come with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Google Pixel 4a 5G's body is just a bit lighter and just a bit thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, although both of them were released with only 5 months difference.
