Comparison review
The iPhone 8 Plus has a global score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Google Pixel 4a's 82.9 general score. IPhone 8 Plus is a much older and a lot heavier cellphone than Google Pixel 4a, but Apple could make it just a bit thinner anyway. IPhone 8 Plus has a bit more powerful CPU than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a 64-bit processor.
The iPhone 8 Plus features a slightly better display than Google Pixel 4a, although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920, a just a bit less pixels per inch of screen and a little bit smaller display. The iPhone 8 Plus features much more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 4a, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Google Pixel 4a features longer battery life than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a 17 percent more battery size. IPhone 8 Plus features a little bit better camera than Google Pixel 4a, although it has a camera with a lower 12 megapixels resolution, a worse 3840x2160 video resolution, a smaller sensor taking less light and dull colors and a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light photography and video.
Although Apple iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel 4a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 4a. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Apple iPhone 8 Plus, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 4a, giving up some specs and features.
