The Google Pixel 4a is a little bit better than HTC U23 Pro, with a overall score of 82.9 against 77.8. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Google Pixel 4a has the previous 11 version while HTC U23 Pro has Android 13 version. The Google Pixel 4a is an a lot older cellphone than HTC U23 Pro, but Google was able to make it a bit thinner and noticeably lighter anyway.
