Comparison review
Google Pixel 4a is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S7, having a score of 82.9 against 79.5. The Google Pixel 4a design is way newer and just a little bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy S7's, but it's also just a little thicker. Google Pixel 4a has just a bit better performance than Galaxy S7, because it has a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S7 has a much better display than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S7 and Google Pixel 4a have incredibly similar cameras, because although the Samsung Galaxy S7 has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a lower resolution back facing camera, and they both have the same diafragm aperture, it also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing better quality videos and photos.
The Google Pixel 4a counts with a bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S7, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage. The Google Pixel 4a features a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S7, because it has a 3140mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Google Pixel 4a is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Pixel 4a, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S7, resigning a couple specs and features.
