The Sony Xperia PRO-I is a newer device than the Google Pixel 4a, although it's just a bit thicker and noticeably heavier.
Sony Xperia PRO-I has a more vivid screen than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a quite larger display, a greater pixels quantity per display inch and a much better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. The Xperia PRO-I features much more memory capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 4a, because it has 384 GB more internal memory and a SD card slot that admits up to 1 TB.
The Xperia PRO-I has a bit better performance than Google Pixel 4a, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia PRO-I also has a higher amount of RAM. Xperia PRO-I has a way better battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4a, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3140mAh.
The Xperia PRO-I shoots a bit better photos and videos than Google Pixel 4a, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for shooting images and video in poorly lited environments, a tinier back camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back camera with less megapixels.
