Comparison review
The iPhone 12 Pro Max has an overall score of 93.2, which is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 5's score of 89. IPhone 12 Pro Max's construction is a bit thinner but heavier than the Google Pixel 5, and they were only released with a couple months difference. The iPhone 12 Pro Max has a more powerful CPU than Google Pixel 5, because although it has less cpu cores and 2 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processor.
IPhone 12 Pro Max counts with a much better display than Google Pixel 5, because it has a better 1284 x 2778 resolution, a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a little bit larger display. Google Pixel 5 features a bit better camera than iPhone 12 Pro Max, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Google Pixel 5 also counts with a camera with more mega-pixels.
IPhone 12 Pro Max counts with as much storage capacity for applications and games as the Google Pixel 5 one, they have the same internal memory capacity. The Google Pixel 5 has just a little better battery life than Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, because it has 4080mAh of battery capacity against 3687mAh.
Although iPhone 12 Pro Max is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 5. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy iPhone 12 Pro Max, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Pixel 5, giving up a couple specifications.
