Comparison review
Google Pixel 5 has a global score of 89, which is better than the Google Pixel 3a's global score of 78.8. The Google Pixel 5 is a newer and a little thinner cellphone than Google Pixel 3a, but it's just a little heavier. Google Pixel 3a counts with a screen that is very similar to the screen in Google Pixel 5, because although the Google Pixel 3a has a little bit lower 1080 x 2220px resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit greater amount of pixels per inch of screen.
The Google Pixel 5 features just a little better performance than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Google Pixel 5 also has a higher amount of RAM. Google Pixel 5 features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Google Pixel 3a, because it has more internal memory capacity.
The Google Pixel 5 features a much better battery duration than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 4080mAh of battery capacity. The Google Pixel 5 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have a 12.2 MP camera, the same back-facing camera sensor size and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Google Pixel 5 also has faster video frame rates and a larger aperture for better captures and videos in low-light situations.
Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3a. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Google Pixel 5, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 3a, giving up some features and specs.
