Comparison review
Google Pixel 5 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A71, with a overall score of 89 against 87.5. The Google Pixel 5 design is lighter but a little thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A71, and both of them were released only a couple months apart. The Google Pixel 5 features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A71, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Pixel 5 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Google Pixel 5 has a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better display density. Samsung Galaxy A71 has a much better camera than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a smaller aperture and worse 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 has much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 5, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy A71 features a little longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 5, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it costs more than the Galaxy A71, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A71. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Pixel 5, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy A71, resigning a couple features and specifications.
