Google Pixel 5 is a extremely newer cellphone, and it's also just a bit thinner and lighter than Galaxy Note 3. The Galaxy Note 3 features a bit sharper screen than Google Pixel 5, although it has a bit lower display density, a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a little smaller screen.

Google Pixel 5 features a little bit more memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Google Pixel 5 has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with 5 GB more RAM and a larger number of faster cores.

The Google Pixel 5 features a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a worse (4K) video definition and a back camera with a worse 12.2 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a lot larger diafragm aperture and a bigger back camera sensor shooting higher quality photographs.

The Google Pixel 5 features greater battery performance than Galaxy Note 3, because it has 4080mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.

Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note 3. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Google Pixel 5, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Note 3, letting go some features and specifications.
