Samsung Galaxy S21 is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 5, with a general score of 91.8 against 89. Samsung Galaxy S21 is a heavier device than Google Pixel 5, but both of them are equally thin. Galaxy S21 features a bit more powerful processor than Google Pixel 5. They have 8 CPU cores and the same RAM amount.
The Galaxy S21 counts with a much better screen than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a little bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a little bit larger display and a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S21 shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures or videos in low light situations and a camera in the back with a lower resolution, it also counts with a much larger sensor providing a much better image quality and a much better video definition.
Samsung Galaxy S21's memory to install games and applications is very similar to Google Pixel 5's one, both of them have the same internal memory capacity. Google Pixel 5 counts with a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S21, because it has 4080mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Although Galaxy S21 is a better device, it costs more money than Google Pixel 5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 5. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S21, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 5, giving up some specifications.
