Comparison review
Google Pixel 5 is a bit better than Galaxy S6, getting an 89 score against 87.4. Even though Google Pixel 5 is noticeably newer than Galaxy S6, it is somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier. The Galaxy S6 has a bit better processor than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and an additional graphics processing unit.
Galaxy S6 counts with a much better looking display than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a greater display pixels density and a better 2560 x 1440px resolution. Samsung Galaxy S6's storage capacity for applications and games is just as good as the Google Pixel 5 one, both of them have equal internal storage.
The Google Pixel 5 has a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has a 4080mAh battery capacity against 2550mAh. Google Pixel 5 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy S6, because although it has a back facing camera with way less MP resolution and a worse 3840x2160 video resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better photos and videos in low-light environments and a bigger sensor.
Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S6. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Galaxy S6, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
