Comparison review
Google Pixel 5 has an overall score of 89, which is better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2's 77.5 score. The Google Pixel 5 design is incredibly newer and incredibly lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 2's, but it's also just a little bit thicker. Google Pixel 5 counts with a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 5, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 128 GB. The Google Pixel 5 has just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Google Pixel 5 also has more RAM.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features improved battery duration than Google Pixel 5, because it has 5300mAh of battery capacity against 4080mAh. Google Pixel 5 shoots a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Google Pixel 5 also has a larger sensor capturing higher quality pictures and videos, better 60 fps video frame rates, a much larger camera aperture to take better photography and video in poorly lited situations and a more megapixels back facing camera.
The Google Pixel 5 is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
