Galaxy S25 features a bit better processing power than Google Pixel 6a, because it has 2 more processing cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 features a way better looking screen than Google Pixel 6a, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a bit lower quantity of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a bit larger screen. Samsung Galaxy S25's storage for apps and games is very similar to the Google Pixel 6a one, they have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy S25 counts with a greater camera than Google Pixel 6a, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a camera with way more mega-pixels and a lot better video resolution. The Google Pixel 6a counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S25, because it has a 4410mAh battery capacity.

So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S25, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Pixel 6a, giving up some specifications.
