The Google Pixel 8 Pro is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 8, getting a general score of 80.1 against 79.5. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Google Pixel 8 Pro has the previous 13 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version. The Google Pixel 8 Pro design is much lighter and much thinner than the Asus ROG Phone 8.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a CPU that is very similar to the Google Pixel 8 Pro one, and although the Asus ROG Phone 8 has 8 more cpu cores, they both have a 12 GB RAM. The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a more vivid display than Google Pixel 8 Pro, because although it has a just a bit inferior quantity of pixels per inch of display and a lot worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a bit bigger screen.
Asus ROG Phone 8 takes a lot better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 8 Pro, although it has a back facing camera with a way lower 50 mega-pixels resolution. The Asus ROG Phone 8's storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as Google Pixel 8 Pro's one, both have the same 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has just a bit longer battery duration than Google Pixel 8 Pro, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity instead of 5100mAh.
