Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is much better than Google Pixel 8 Pro's 80.1 global score. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS, but Sony Xperia 1 III has the previous 11 version and Google Pixel 8 Pro has Android 13 version. Xperia 1 III features a much better performance than Google Pixel 8 Pro, and although they both have 12 GB of RAM memory, the Xperia 1 III also has a larger number of cores.
Xperia 1 III has a more vivid display than Google Pixel 8 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels density and a higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution. Xperia 1 III captures greater photos and videos than Google Pixel 8 Pro, although it has a camera in the back with much less MP resolution.
The Xperia 1 III has a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Google Pixel 8 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 256 GB internal memory, the Xperia 1 III also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1 TB. The Google Pixel 8 Pro features a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia 1 III, because it has a 13% greater battery capacity.
