The Galaxy J7 Max has a score of 76.1, which is just a bit better than the Google Pixel 8's 72.5 global score. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but the Galaxy J7 Max has a more recent 7.0 Nougat version and Google Pixel 8 has Android 13 version, so it provides lots of additional features.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features a much powerful processor than Google Pixel 8, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with 8 more processing cores. The Galaxy J7 Max has a little sharper display than Google Pixel 8, although it has a quite smaller display, a quite lower 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a quite lower count of pixels per inch in the display.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Max counts with just a bit better camera than Google Pixel 8, although it has a way less megapixels back-facing camera.
