The Galaxy Note 4 has a score of 81.6, which is better than Google Pixel 8's 72.5 score. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 4 has the older 5.0 version while Google Pixel 8 has Android 13 version. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a lot better hardware performance than Google Pixel 8, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a higher number of cores.
