Huawei P30 has a general score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than Google Pixel's overall score of 80.2. The Huawei P30 body is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner than the Google Pixel's, but it's somewhat heavier. Huawei P30 features a little faster CPU than Google Pixel, because it has a higher amount of RAM and 4 more processing cores.
Google Pixel and Huawei P30 both feature very similar screens, because although the Huawei P30 has a little less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a larger screen. The Huawei P30 counts with as much storage for games and applications as the Google Pixel one, both have equal 128 GB internal storage.
Huawei P30 shoots much better photographs and videos than Google Pixel, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei P30 also has a much bigger sensor providing a much better image quality, a larger aperture for better low-light images and video and a much better 40 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.

Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Pixel, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel. If you want to save some money, you can get the Google Pixel, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
