Although Google Pixel is older and a little bit thicker than Xiaomi 12 Pro, it's construction is still noticeably lighter. The Google Pixel features a way better processing power than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has 4 less cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM.

Xiaomi 12 Pro and Google Pixel have incredibly similar memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a much longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel, because it has a 66% larger battery size. Xiaomi 12 Pro takes way better photos and videos than Google Pixel, because it has a bigger aperture for better low light photography, a lot higher 50 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, a way higher 7680x4320 video quality and a way bigger sensor.
