Comparison review
Galaxy A40 is slightly better than Honor 20 Pro, having a 79.6 score against 73.2. Even when Galaxy A40 and Honor 20 Pro were only released 1 months apart, Galaxy A40 is a lot lighter and just a bit thinner. Honor 20 Pro features a little bit better performance than Galaxy A40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Honor 20 Pro also has more RAM memory.
Galaxy A40 features a display that is very similar to the Honor 20 Pro one, because although the Galaxy A40 has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater amount of pixels per screen inch. Honor 20 Pro has a quite bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy A40, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The Honor 20 Pro counts with a very superior camera than Galaxy A40, because it has a lot larger sensor providing a much better image quality, a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light photos and videos, a way more MP camera and a lot higher (4K) video definition. Honor 20 Pro features improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3100mAh.
