Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is better than the Honor 20 Pro, having a general score of 81.9 against 73.2. Despite being the best we compare here, it must be noted that it is also an older, somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone. The Honor 20 Pro has just a little better processing power than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Honor 20 Pro also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Active has just a bit better display than Honor 20 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel quantity per inch of display and a better 1440 x 2960 resolution. Honor 20 Pro has a much better camera than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Honor 20 Pro also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light captures, a much bigger camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and photographs and a camera with lot more megapixels.
The Honor 20 Pro counts with a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active and Honor 20 Pro have similar battery performance.
