Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 8 SE is slightly better than the Honor 20 Pro, having a global score of 75.9 against 73.2. Xiaomi Mi 8 SE is an older cellphone than Honor 20 Pro, but Xiaomi was able to make it a bit thinner and just a little bit lighter. The Honor 20 Pro has just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Honor 20 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM.
Xiaomi Mi 8 SE counts with a bit sharper display than Honor 20 Pro, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2244 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better pixel density. The Honor 20 Pro counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because it has more internal memory capacity.
Honor 20 Pro shoots better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Honor 20 Pro also has a much bigger camera aperture, a much higher resolution back camera and a way larger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs.
The Honor 20 Pro counts with superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3120mAh.
