The Huawei Mate 20 has an overall score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than Honor 50 Pro's overall score of 77. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Huawei Mate 20's construction is extremely older, a little heavier and a little thicker than the Honor 50 Pro. These phones come with Android OS, but Huawei Mate 20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Honor 50 Pro has Android 11, so it gives you some additional features.
Huawei Mate 20's processing unit is just as good as Honor 50 Pro's processing unit, and although the Huawei Mate 20 has less RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Huawei Mate 20 features a bit sharper display than Honor 50 Pro, although it has a just a little inferior pixels amount per inch of screen, a little bit smaller display and a bit lower 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution.
Honor 50 Pro features a way better camera than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Honor 50 Pro also counts with a way better resolution camera. The Honor 50 Pro features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, because it has more internal storage.
The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a battery lifetime that's just as good as Honor 50 Pro's battery life.
