The LG V40 ThinQ has an overall score of 81.2, which is a bit better than Honor 50 Pro's 77 global score. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS, but the LG V40 ThinQ has the older 10 version and Honor 50 Pro has Android 11. Despite of the fact that the LG V40 ThinQ is noticeably older than Honor 50 Pro, it's body is a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter.

The LG V40 ThinQ features just a bit better hardware performance than Honor 50 Pro, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The LG V40 ThinQ features just a bit better looking screen than Honor 50 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a just a little more pixels per inch of display.

The Honor 50 Pro has a much better camera than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has lower video frame rate and a much smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Honor 50 Pro also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels.

LG V40 ThinQ features a better storage to install applications and games than Honor 50 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Honor 50 Pro has greater battery life than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh.
