The Moto G 5G is just a bit better than the Honor 50 Pro, having a global score of 81.5 against 77. Despite being the best in this review, the Moto G 5G is a somewhat heavier and incredibly thicker cellphone than Honor 50 Pro. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Moto G 5G has older 10 version while Honor 50 Pro has Android 11 version.
The Honor 50 Pro counts with a bit better CPU than Moto G 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor 50 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Honor 50 Pro features just a bit better display than Motorola Moto G 5G, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Honor 50 Pro also has a little bit more pixels per inch of screen and a little bit higher resolution of 1236 x 2676 pixels.
Honor 50 Pro features a little bit more storage capacity to install games and applications than Moto G 5G, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Moto G 5G features improved battery performance than Honor 50 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Honor 50 Pro captures much better pictures and videos than Moto G 5G, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for shooting photographs or video in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Honor 50 Pro also counts with a lot higher resolution back-facing camera.
