Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 has a general score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than the Honor 50 Pro's 77 general score. The Sony Xperia 1 is a much older and just a little thicker phone than Honor 50 Pro, but Sony was able to build it a little lighter anyway. Xperia 1 has a better looking display than Honor 50 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels and a greater screen pixel density.
Xperia 1 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Honor 50 Pro, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xperia 1 features a slightly better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Honor 50 Pro, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds up to 512 GB.
Honor 50 Pro has better battery life than Xperia 1, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3330mAh. The Honor 50 Pro captures much clearer videos and photos than Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photos, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Honor 50 Pro also counts with a way higher resolution back facing camera and faster video frame rate.
