Comparison review

The LG G8 ThinQ is much better than Honor 50 SE, getting an 84.3 score against 73.7. Although the LG G8 ThinQ is older and a bit thicker than the Honor 50 SE, it's design is still lighter. These phones include Android operating system, but LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Honor 50 SE has Android 11 version, giving some additional features.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a much better screen than Honor 50 SE, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater display density and a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution. The LG G8 ThinQ features a little better hardware performance than Honor 50 SE, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.

LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much better storage to store more games and applications than Honor 50 SE, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Honor 50 SE counts with a little longer battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3500mAh.

The Honor 50 SE counts with a superior camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has lower video frame rate and a lot tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures or videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Honor 50 SE also counts with a much higher 108 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
