The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is much better than Honor 50 SE, getting a global score of 85.6 against 73.7. Even when Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Honor 50 SE were only released 2 months apart, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is just a little bit lighter and thinner. These phones have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so they should count with identical operating system features.
