The LG G8S ThinQ has a general score of 82.5, which is better than Honor 50's 74.5 overall score. Despite being the best in this review, LG G8S ThinQ's design is older, just a little thicker and a little heavier than Honor 50. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but LG G8S ThinQ has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Honor 50 has Android 11 version, giving you a lot of extra features and performance enhancements.

LG G8S ThinQ has a bit sharper display than Honor 50, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2248, it also counts with a just a little greater screen density. The LG G8S ThinQ counts with a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Honor 50, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.

The LG G8S ThinQ features a bit faster processing unit than Honor 50, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Honor 50 features improved battery performance than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity. Honor 50 takes much better pictures and videos than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for taking photographs or video in low light situations and slower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Honor 50 also counts with a lot more mega pixels back camera.
