The LG Velvet is much better than the Honor 50, getting a general score of 87.1 against 74.5. Even being the best cellphone in our current comparison, LG Velvet is an older, just a little bit heavier and a little bit thicker cellphone than Honor 50. LG Velvet counts with a bit more vivid display than Honor 50, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2460 resolution, a bit better pixels density and a little larger display.
The Honor 50 has just a little better processing power than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor 50 also has 2 GB more RAM. LG Velvet counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Honor 50, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the LG Velvet also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Honor 50 has a bit better camera than LG Velvet, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Honor 50 also counts with a lot higher 108 MP resolution back-facing camera. LG Velvet features a battery life that is just as good as the Honor 50 one.
