The Galaxy A9 (2018) has a general score of 85.2, which is better than Honor 50's overall score of 74.5. Although it's the best device in this comparison review, we must highlight that it is also way older, just a bit heavier and a little thicker. Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has a display that's just as good as the Honor 50 one, because although the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has a bit smaller screen and a little bit lower 1080 x 2220 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel number in each inch of screen.
Honor 50 features a bit better processor than Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Honor 50 also has a larger amount of RAM. Galaxy A9 (2018) has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Honor 50, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB.
Honor 50 has a little longer battery duration than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity. Honor 50 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light images and videos, and they both have the same video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Honor 50 also counts with a lot higher resolution back facing camera.
