The Galaxy S10 5G has an overall score of 93.6, which is a lot better than the Honor 50's global score of 74.5. Although Galaxy S10 5G is better than Honor 50, it must be noted that it is also much older, heavier and a little bit thicker. These devices come with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding operating system features.
Galaxy S10 5G counts with a bit sharper display than Honor 50, because it has a quite bigger screen, a better pixels number per inch of display and a better resolution of 1440 x 3040.
