Xperia 1 VI is much better than the Honor 50, getting a general score of 83.2 against 74.5. Xperia 1 VI's construction is notably thinner and noticeably lighter than the Honor 50. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia 1 VI has 14 version while Honor 50 has Android 11 version, so it counts with some extra features and performance optimizations.
The Xperia 1 VI counts with a bit sharper display than Honor 50, because it has a little bigger display, a way better screen density and a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840.
