The Xiaomi Black Shark has a general score of 80.4, which is just a bit better than Honor 50's 74.5 overall score. Both phones we compare here include Android operating system, but Xiaomi Black Shark has 9.0 Pie version while Honor 50 has Android 11 version. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Xiaomi Black Shark construction is noticeably older, thicker and just a little bit heavier than Honor 50.
The Xiaomi Black Shark counts with a bit sharper screen than Honor 50, because although it has a quite smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 2160 resolution, it also counts with a bit higher pixels amount in each display inch. The Xiaomi Black Shark has a bit better processing unit than Honor 50. Both of them have 8 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores.
Honor 50 captures much better photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low light images and videos, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Honor 50 also counts with a lot higher resolution back-facing camera.
The Honor 50 and the Xiaomi Black Shark both have extremely similar storage for applications and games, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage. Honor 50 has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
