Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is slightly better than the Honor 50, with a 78.1 score against 74.5. Even though Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is older and a little thicker than Honor 50, it's construction is still a bit lighter. These phones come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Honor 50 has Android 11, so it offers lots of additional features.
The Honor 50 has just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has more cpu cores and a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a little bit better display than Honor 50, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a little bit smaller screen and a little bit less pixels per inch in the display.
The Honor 50 features a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Honor 50 also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in low-light situations and a camera with a lot higher 108 megapixels resolution.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has as much memory to install games and applications as Honor 50, both of them have equal internal memory capacity. The Honor 50 features a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a 13 percent more battery size.
