Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is slightly better than the Honor 50, getting a global score of 77.7 against 74.5. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite design has the same thickness than the Honor 50, but it is just a little lighter. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has 8.1 Oreo version while Honor 50 has Android 11.
Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has just a bit better looking display than Honor 50, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a little bit worse 1080 x 2280 resolution, it also counts with a just a little better amount of pixels in each screen inch. Honor 50 features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor 50 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to Honor 50's one, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory. Honor 50 features better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 28 percent more battery capacity. The Honor 50 shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same video resolution, the same video frame rate and a same size diafragm aperture, the Honor 50 also has a back facing camera with much more mega pixels.
