Galaxy M40 has a global score of 85, which is better than the Honor Magic 6 Pro's 76.6 overall score. Galaxy M40 is a noticeably lighter and thinner phone than Honor Magic 6 Pro. Both phones in this comparison review have Android operating system, but the Galaxy M40 has the previous 10 version while Honor Magic 6 Pro has Android 14.
Honor Magic 6 Pro features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy M40, because it has a little bit better amount of pixels in each inch of display, a better 1280 x 2800 resolution and a little bigger screen. The Honor Magic 6 Pro has a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
Honor Magic 6 Pro features just a little better performance than Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor Magic 6 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. Honor Magic 6 Pro captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Honor Magic 6 Pro also has a camera in the back with a way better 50 MP resolution, a much larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a much higher image and video quality, faster video frame rates and a bigger camera aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos.
Honor Magic 6 Pro has a way better battery performance than Galaxy M40, because it has a 60 percent bigger battery capacity.
