Both devices in this review use Android OS, but Google Pixel 8 Pro has a more recent 13 version while Honor View30 Pro has Android 10 version, so it provides a lot of extra features and improved performance.
Google Pixel 8 Pro has a display that is just as good as the screen in Honor View30 Pro, although the Google Pixel 8 Pro also has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120, a little larger screen and a better number of pixels per inch in the screen. The Google Pixel 8 Pro has a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Honor View30 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
The Honor View30 Pro has a much better performance than Google Pixel 8 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores. Google Pixel 8 Pro features superior battery lifetime than Honor View30 Pro, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity. Honor View30 Pro shoots a lot better videos and photos than Google Pixel 8 Pro, although it has a way worse 40 mega-pixels resolution camera.
