The HTC U23 Pro has an overall score of 77.8, which is a bit better than Honor View30 Pro's 74.6 overall score. Both phones we are comparing here work with Android OS, but the HTC U23 Pro has the newer 13 version and Honor View30 Pro has Android 10, so it counts with a lot of extra features and better performance.
