Comparison review
The Huawei P40 is better than the Honor View30 Pro, getting a overall score of 86.4 against 74.6. Both of these phones work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both of them should offer identical operating system features. The Huawei P40 design is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner than the Honor View30 Pro, even when they were released with only 4 months difference.
The Huawei P40 has a CPU that is very similar to the processor in Honor View30 Pro, and although the Huawei P40 has lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Huawei P40 has a bit sharper screen than Honor View30 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little greater pixels density.
The Huawei P40 features just a bit better camera than Honor View30 Pro, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light images and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a more mega-pixels camera in the back and better video frame rate.
Honor View30 Pro and Huawei P40 both count with quite similar memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Honor View30 Pro has just a little better battery performance than Huawei P40, because it has an 8% larger battery size.
