Comparison review
The LG Velvet is better than Honor View30 Pro, getting a score of 87.1 against 74.6. LG Velvet is a lighter and thinner device than the Honor View30 Pro, even when they were only released with a couple of months difference. Honor View30 Pro and LG Velvet feature quite similar displays, because although the LG Velvet has a little bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2460 pixels resolution and a little bit bigger screen.
The Honor View30 Pro counts with a bit better CPU than LG Velvet, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Honor View30 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The LG Velvet counts with a camera that's very similar to the camera in Honor View30 Pro, because although the LG Velvet has a tinier aperture which is worse for shooting pictures and video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rates, the same sensor size and the same video quality, it also counts with a higher resolution back-facing camera.
LG Velvet has a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Honor View30 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG Velvet also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB. LG Velvet features just a bit longer battery duration than Honor View30 Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
