Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A40 is slightly better than the Honor View30 Pro, getting a 79.6 score against 74.6. These phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A40 has 11 version while Honor View30 Pro has Android 10 version, providing you a couple additional features and enhanced performance. Samsung Galaxy A40's design is incredibly lighter and thinner than Honor View30 Pro, even though they were only released with a couple months difference.
Honor View30 Pro has a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor View30 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy A40 has a little more vivid display than Honor View30 Pro, because although it has a little bit lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixels quantity in each display inch.
The Galaxy A40 counts with more memory to store more apps and games than Honor View30 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 512 GB. Honor View30 Pro takes way better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a camera with lot more mega-pixels, a lot higher 3840x2160 video definition, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot better quality pictures and a bigger aperture to take better low light captures and videos.
Honor View30 Pro features superior battery duration than Galaxy A40, because it has a 4100mAh battery size against 3100mAh.
