Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 is better than Honor View30 Pro, getting a general score of 83.3 against 74.6. Xiaomi Mi 8 is an older cellphone than Honor View30 Pro, but Xiaomi made it somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. These phones work with the same Android 10 operating system. The Xiaomi Mi 8's CPU is very similar to the processor in Honor View30 Pro, and although the Xiaomi Mi 8 has 2 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 features a little sharper display than Honor View30 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 2248px resolution, it also counts with a quite better screen pixels density. Xiaomi Mi 8 features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Honor View30 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Honor View30 Pro counts with better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 4100mAh battery size instead of 3400mAh. Honor View30 Pro shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Honor View30 Pro also has a camera with a much better resolution, a bigger aperture to take better low-light photos and videos and a much larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
