Comparison review
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has an overall score of 80.5, which is a little bit better than Honor View30 Pro's score of 74.6. Even though the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro and Honor View30 Pro were released with only a couple months difference, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is just a bit lighter and a little bit thinner. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Honor View30 Pro has Android 10 version.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a screen that's very similar to the display in Honor View30 Pro, because although the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a quite smaller screen and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a little higher screen pixels density. The Honor View30 Pro features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor View30 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro counts with as much storage to install games and applications as Honor View30 Pro, they have equal internal storage. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro takes a little bit better videos and photos than Honor View30 Pro, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for shooting photos and videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same camera sensor size, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also counts with a back facing camera with a higher 48 MP resolution.
The Honor View30 Pro features a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
