The HTC U Ultra has a score of 77, which is a little bit better than the HTC 10's 75.7 general score. The HTC U Ultra body is newer and thinner than HTC 10's, but it is just a little heavier. HTC 10 features a bit sharper screen than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1440 x 2560, the HTC 10 also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch.
HTC 10 counts with just a little better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra. Both of them have 4 cores and the same RAM amount. The HTC 10 shoots clearer photos and videos than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a 0.43 inches sensor, a same size aperture, the same (4K) video definition and the same resolution camera, the HTC 10 also has faster 120 frames per second video frame rate.
HTC U Ultra features a better memory to install games and applications than HTC 10, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB, the HTC U Ultra also has 32 GB more internal storage. The HTC U Ultra's battery duration is very similar to the HTC 10 one.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC 10. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the HTC 10, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
