Huawei P30 Lite is just a bit better than HTC 10, having a general score of 77 against 75.7. Huawei P30 Lite's body is notably newer, somewhat thinner and a bit lighter than HTC 10. The Huawei P30 Lite has just a bit better hardware performance than HTC 10, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a greater number of cores.
HTC 10 has a bit better looking display than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a better amount of pixels per screen inch. HTC 10 takes much better videos and photos than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a smaller sensor and a back camera with a lot lower resolution, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the HTC 10 also counts with a lot better (4K) video quality.

Huawei P30 Lite has a bit better battery duration than HTC 10, because it has 3340mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei P30 Lite is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC 10. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC 10, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
